You can return new, unused power tools and accessories bought from Nemo Power Tools or an authorized dealer to our Las Vegas warranty center within 30 days of purchase.

GRABO products mostly include a basic warranty plan most. Registering your product after your purchase from a licensed dealer, may extend your warranty and grant you further benefits*.

Registration is free and simple. Please locate your product's serial number (as shown in the picture below), and complete the given form.

Nemo Power Tools provides new or refurbished tools as quick replacements for failed tools under warranty.

Only tools purchased from Registered GRABO Dealers are covered under warranty.

7 Year Limited Warranty

Authorized Dealer Warranty Procedures

In-Person Replacement of Tool(s)

When a customer shows up in a physical store or meets a dealer representative in person and presents a tool that malfunctions for any reason within 1 year of purchase.

Procedure

  1. The dealer obtains the faulty tool.
  2. The dealer replaces it with a new or refurbished tool only unit, without the battery and other kit components.
  3. If available, the replacement is provided on the spot with no waiting period.
  4. If a replacement tool is not available, the dealer submits the warranty claim and obtains the customer's shipping address.
  5. A unit is then shipped immediately from the nearest service center.
  6. The faulty tool taken from the customer should later be sent to a service center within the next 30 days.
  7. Shipping both ways is paid for by Nemo Power Tools.

Replacements of Tools Under Warranty — Not In Person

When a customer calls or emails a dealer, distributor, or warranty center.

Procedure

  1. The dealer should explain that the fastest service will be provided by submitting a warranty claim through the provided URL.
    Example: GRABO.com/REG
  2. Once the customer, or the dealer on their behalf, submits a warranty claim through the website, a technician may call or email the customer to ask for further or missing information.
  3. If all information is provided, including a video showing the faulty unit, a free replacement unit will be shipped immediately and a prepaid return label will be emailed to the customer.
  4. The customer will be asked to use the prepaid return label to ship the faulty unit back to the nearest service center.
  5. The new unit is sent in parallel to avoid the waiting period caused by shipping.
  6. Required information includes:
    • Serial number
    • Purchase date
    • Description of what happened to the tool
    • A video to confirm that the tool is in fact faulty
  7. If the information is not complete, or it is not possible to determine that the tool is in fact faulty, the customer will be provided with a shipping label to ship the tool to the service center where the tool will be examined.

Extended Warranty

If the tool's serial number was registered in the system prior to the event, the warranty is extended to 1.5 years from the date of purchase.

Void Warranty

Warranty is void if the damage was caused by improper usage of the tool, including:

  • Water damage
  • Dropping the tool
  • Overloading the tool beyond its rated capacity
  • Leaving the tool on while in storage
  • Any other clear cases of user error

Using the tool without the silicone cover may void the warranty.

Tools are not covered by any warranty if they were purchased from an unauthorized dealer, including:

  • Illegal parallel importers
  • Second-hand tools
  • Tools previously used by rental shops
  • Tools made specifically for other countries or territories
  • Tools determined to be counterfeits

Second-hand or refurbished tools are not covered.

Shortened / Limited Warranty

Tools which were purchased on Amazon, Alibaba, Aliexpress or any other "online platform", other than an official website of an authorized dealer, are covered by a shortened 3 month limited warranty.
